对《新音乐课程标准》实施的思考

[摘要] 21世纪音乐教育面临发展机遇和严峻挑战，如何加强音乐教育自身的建设，完善音乐课程体系，推进美育的发展，成为了1个10分重要和紧迫的课题。《全日制音乐课程标准》（以下简称《音乐课程标准》）在2001年颁布以来，对传统的音乐教育观念、内容、方法、手段和评价体系等的改革，在实践中已经取得了重大的成就。但是，事物的.发展必有其利弊，为了扬长避短更好的促进我国音乐课程改革事业的健康、长远发展，我们要全面的认识《音乐课程标准》在实施中取得的成就和出现的问题。

Abstract: Music education faces opportunity for development and severe challenge in the 21st century, how to strengthen the construction of the music education oneself, perfect the course system of the music, advance the development of aesthetic education , has become a very important and urgent subject. " music course standard " in since issuing 2001 , appraise reform of system ,etc. to traditional music education idea , content , method , means, have already made the great achievement in practice. However, there must be their pros and cons in the development of the thing, in order to maximize favourable factors and minimize unfavourable ones better course of music of our country of promotion reforms the healthy , long-term development of the undertaking, we want the achievement made in implementing and question appearing of overall " course standard of the music " of understanding.
