About resume Upload

sorry I cannot type here in Chinese.

currently I am studying at US as an junior exchange student and is applying for the 2010 IBD summer internship. While I was uploading my resume, I encountered a technical problem. The page after I clicked the "upload" button is seen as below:

ERRORAccess Denied
Access Denied by security policy
The security policy for your network prevents your request frombeing allowed at this time.  Please contact your administrator ifyou feel this is incorrect.

I mailed the company but didn't get any reply yet.

I used the same computer and applied for positions of other companies but only got stuck when applying for Credit Suisse. Then I used different computers and incurred the same situation.

Anyone knows what is going wrong with this?
