Customer Service Internship Cover Letter

This is with reference to the opening for the post of an intern on the Classified Jobs website which was posted on 29th October 2012. I, Eugene Agnes, want to apply for the same position.

I have completed a PG Diploma in Mass Communication from Chaminade University, Hawaii. I have also completed my Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Central University of London in the year 2011 with distinction marks. I have been associated with a wide range of activities including elocution, painting, mural making and creative writing. I was awarded the Student of the Year award in my final year of Graduation, for an outstanding performance in Academics and Sports.

I have extensive communication and probing skills which will help me to understand the customer needs. With this I will be able to offer the best customer satisfaction, which will result in ultimate customer satisfaction.

I would be more than happy to be a part of Shine and Swift Creative and work as in intern because this organization is known for offering a highly professional working atmosphere to its employees.
